In the spring of 2010, Hyun Chul and I put our heads together and started a social club that brings together Koreans and Americans and possibly people from all over. The premise is that each of us wants to explore a part of Seoul every Saturday night, while getting together with friendly people who may be in various stages on this journey we call life. Some are male, some are female, some younger, other older, some married, some single and some are somewhere in between. But together we all have certain needs and we try to meet each other's needs as best we can. Is it perfect, no, but it is always fun. Sometimes we learn more about ourselves than we thought we would, but in the end, it is always a worthwhile adventure. The places we have gone in the past few months include: The Olympic Park; Yeouido; Namsan Tower; In Sadong; the Baerlin Restaurant; the Korean Broadway district, University District; a Noriband (Kareoka), etc. I am the President and Hyun Chul is the Executive Vice-President, Jillian is the Secretary and Cathy is the Treasurer.
