It took no less than 9 Parking Garage attendants to move five vehicles out of the way for us. Koreans usually leave their key in the ignition, in case the car needs to be moved to let someone else out. One driver forget, and left their car locked up. I saw five attendants with several unique home-made wires attempt and in minutes "break into" the car and disengage the car alarm. With a friendly wave and a smile, we were soon on our way.
